Alexander Lendl has successfully completed the study of nutritional sciences at the TU-München.
After that he worked for several years in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and key account.

areas. Alexander has his strengths in the business, in the systemic organizational development as
well as in corporate finance.
The idea of empoind came after many held and experienced creativity and innovation workshops. It is
in the 21st century with modern work equipment easy and user-friendly to collaborate without wasting
unnecessary resources.
Timo Seeberger is an engineer for Precision- and Microsystems and has been working since 2003
as a software developer in various industries (automotive, security technology, entertainment
etc.). 2011 he started his freelance career as a developer for native iOS apps.
Together with Alexander he worked out the empoind software conceptually and implemented a
functional prototype. He is inspired by the potential of empoind to support people in their
creative work and to be a comfortable platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas.
